The place where I sleep reminds me of a tent

If you have ever gone camping you are proably aware of the way your tent looks after the first night of staying in it. The bed is in the middle of the space and all of your belongings are lined up along the side of the tent. Remember not to let anything touch the sides because water will leak in.

I am sharing a room in St. Paul MN with my comedy partner, Matt Slater. There is no furniture in the room and the spot that acts as a bed is a foam egg crate with our sleeping bags resting on top. My feet are at Matt's head his feet are at my head. A hard wood floor is the base of our sleeping area. I place a blanket and a couple of jackets under my sleeping bag for extra comfort. I forgot my pillow. My coat becomes my pillow each night.

I knew being on the road would be like this but for the first month and a half it was not like this and no that it is I can survive but boy do I miss my own place with my own things.... touching the walls does not mean that water will leak in. That is a plus.
